Time It Off Their Touch
Commit the moment the attacker's touch pushes the ball away from their foot. A heavy touch is your trigger — go early and it's a foul, go late and you're beaten.

Angle In, Stay Low
Approach on a curve to show them one way only. Chop into short steps as you arrive and sink your hips so you can strike, or stay up and jockey.

Feet First, Ground Last
Going to ground is the last resort. If you can win it standing, block through the middle of the ball with a firm, locked ankle.
